Age 93 formerly of Chicago, IL, Glen Ellyn, IL, Lombard, IL and Forest Lake. Loving Wife, Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma passed away peacefully surrounded by family and entered into heaven on September 25, 2018. Patricia was an avid golfer and swimmer. She loved spending time fishing with her husband and worked hard crafting for her church. At the Forest Lake American Legion, she was part of the Women’s Auxiliary. Above all, she was devoted to her family. Patricia is preceded in death by parents, Emily Maxwell, Clyde (Edna) Maxwell; siblings, Robert Maxwell, John Maxwell, Jean Weisbrook, David Maxwell. She is survived by her WWII Veteran husband of 73 years, Warren Sr.; children, Sharon (William) Rutherford, Cynthia (Michael) Merisko, Warren Jr. (Christine) Welbourn; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. A Celebration of Patricia’s Life 11 AM Monday, October 1 st with visitation beginning one hour prior at Roberts Family Life Celebration Home, 555 SW Centennial Dr., Forest Lake. Interment at St. John of the Wilderness Cemetery, White Bear Lake. Memorials preferred to the Forest Lake American Legion, Post 225.
